1. DEVELOP THE MOST EFFECIENT RUNNING FORM

  • 0 SPM (Steps Per Minute)Cadence: 18

  • Mid-Foot strike

  • Chin up-Shoulders back and down-soft hands

  • Minimize pelvic rotation and vertical oscillation

2. FOLLOW A REPUTABLE PLAN

  • Consistency and Moderation are the cornerstone of success

  • Listen closely to how your body is responding to the rigors of training and make necessary adjustments

  • Monitor your RHR (resting Heart Rate) each morning and adjust your training accordingly

3. SET A GOAL

  • Your primary goal should be to train properly so you are able to finish in ‘relative comfort’ and …..HAVE THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE!
